Pork Failure :-(

Well, it turns out I lost Rick Disselhorst’s cell phone number and through a series of bumbles on my part, I learned the location of the slaughter 45 minutes too late this morning (it took place at the abattoir). Oh well. They will be doing the same thing to a few steers in a couple weeks, so all is not lost, but I’m still bummed.
