		<description>whoa... 4 hours. that&#039;s awesome. caramelizing onions always reminds me that people often forget about how awesome these cheap veggies really are.  even just giving them 45 minutes to sweat down can do wonders for ANY dish - esp. a good homemade pasta gravy/sauce.  but i love the simplicity of this - 4 friggin hours. i can only imagine!</description>
