		<description>Clever idea dropping the cumin to background status. When I think of cumin I think &quot;hearty&quot;, and that is really not what you want when you are sick.
I haven&#039;t tried white wine in carrot soup, having stuck with lime for the most part, but I can see how it would work.
Did you happen to try this chilled...or was it completely devoured while still warm, as I suspect? ;)</description>
