You know, you could try to make your own chips with them simply by frying them in a little vegetable oil. Put them on paper towel to dry, sprinkle with salt and a squeeze of lime. Serve with the corn salsa, maybe?</description>

		<description>I recently subscribed to your HCSC RSS; so glad I did. Great photography and wonderful recipe ideas. Thanks especially for this one--we have a mountain of corn tortillas in the fridge and need good recipes using them.
Also, thank you for any specific brand tips--like the one above for La Tiara--and any specific sources you like--unfortunately no Trader Joe&#039;s near. Well, maybe that&#039;s a good thing since I&#039;d likely spend all the money there.</description>
