These are fantastic achievements! A year ago I never thought I'd make my own cheese but I tried it the other day and it worked. It's amazing how easy these things are if you give them a try :)

Food fun in which I have participated (just for the record):
* made sushi rolls with raw tuna - No
* baked baguettes from scratch - Yes
* made cheese - No
* experimented with homemade ice cream - Yes
* made granola - Yes
* spatchcocked a chicken (butterflied and grilled whole) - DEFINITELY
* made homemade pasta *(The dough worked but the machine didn’t so we had inconsistent thickness. This will have to be tried again.) - Yes
* made ceviche - No
* cooked beef tongue (twice!) - Quite possibly
* cooked oxtail - I think so
* cooked goat (a few different ways) - Yes
* made risotto (three times!) - Yes
* fried potatoes in duck fat - Yes
* made Persian rice with perfect tahdeeg - Yes
* fried egg rolls and wontons - Yes
* mastered naan bread - Yes
* experimented with black rice, purple rice, green rice and red rice - Yes for some
* made mayo - Yes
* made a three-layer cake - No, sadly
* cooked fresh leeks, artichokes and beets (but not all together) - No
* learned to perfectly poach an egg - Nope

I'm batting 15 for 21. Not too shabby.

And VERY delicious.

Thanks for keeping me in dinner : )
