I made enough pesto from my Dad&#039;s garden to last me the rest of the year. I love making it from scratch; then I know exactly what&#039;s in it. 

I&#039;ve also done parsley pesto. I think using cilantro would be a little strong for me, but who knows?

Now sorrel pesto sounds intriguing. I once had a lovely cold sorrel soup in a restaurant and I&#039;ve never been able to duplicate it. I do plant sorrel in my garden and may just have to give sorrel pesto a try.</description>
