Don’t say another word about LA and winter. If so, I may be forced to walk into the snow-locked New England woods around my house and scream!

Actually, this salad looks fantastic. And creme fraiche, to boot.

Come to think of it, keep talking warmth and LA.

I’m on a sour cream kick too (borne from a very big tub in the fridge ) . I’ve had potato salad with sour cream and it’s so lovely! I usually use it if I’ve run out of mayo

Bet this salad is phenomenal with creme fraiche! Now why didn’t I think of that?
